Terms of Service
Alsafi Water Delivery · Last updated 2026-09-23
Orders and payment
Orders are fulfilled Cash on Delivery (COD) — payment is collected by the delivery driver when your order arrives. Prices shown at checkout are final and include any loyalty points discount applied.
Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel an order any time before it is marked Delivered from the Orders tab. If an order is cancelled or refunded after payment was collected, we will arrange a refund. Loyalty points earned or redeemed on that order are automatically reversed.
Loyalty points
Loyalty points are earned and redeemed according to the rules shown on the Loyalty Points screen, which we may update from time to time. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Account responsibilities
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the delivery details you provide. We may suspend accounts used for fraudulent or abusive activity.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally; the "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
