Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app

1. Open the Alsafi Water Delivery app and sign in.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm when prompted.

Your account is deleted immediately — there's no waiting period.

Option 2 — Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, email info@alsafiwater.ae from the email address on your account with the subject line "Delete my account". We'll verify it's you and delete your account and data within 7 business days, then confirm by email once it's done.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile (name, email, phone number), saved addresses, wishlist, order history, and loyalty points balance. This cannot be undone and cannot be recovered afterward.

What we may retain

We don't keep any personal data after your account is deleted, beyond what the law requires us to retain — for example, financial records needed for tax or accounting purposes, which are kept separately and are not linked back to your deleted profile.
